Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Student Counselor to guide students and prospective learners regarding courses, training programs, career opportunities, and educational options. The candidate will interact with students and parents, understand their requirements, provide appropriate guidance, and support the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about available courses and programs.
- Handle student enquiries through phone, email, and walk-in interactions.
- Explain course structure, duration, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain student enquiry and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams regarding course information.
- Conduct counseling sessions and career-guidance activities.
- Support seminars, workshops, career fairs, and student events.
- Achieve enrollment and counseling targets when applicable.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead management.
- Experience working in an educational institution or training organization.
