The candidate will be responsible for delivering skill-development training programs, conducting practical sessions, assessing learners, and helping candidates develop the knowledge and skills required for employment and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct skill-development training sessions for students, job seekers, and professionals.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training based on course requirements.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical activities.
- Explain concepts clearly using real-world examples and demonstrations.
- Conduct assessments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Monitor learner performance and provide regular feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and career-development activities.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and learner performance reports.
- Coordinate with the training team to improve course content.
- Keep training materials updated according to industry requirements.
- Assist learners with career guidance, interview preparation, and job-readiness activities.
- Support placement and employer-engagement activities when required.
