Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Intern – Skill Development to join our team in Malappuram. The candidate will support skill-development programs, training activities, learner coordination, workshops, and administrative tasks. This internship provides an opportunity for graduates to gain practical experience in training, career development, and program coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating skill-development and training programs.
- Support learner registration and enrollment activities.
- Coordinate with students, trainees, trainers, and program teams.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and career-development events.
- Maintain learner databases, attendance records, and training documentation.
- Support trainers during classroom and practical training sessions.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and training materials.
- Communicate program schedules and updates to learners.
- Collect learner feedback and assist in preparing feedback reports.
- Support career guidance and job-readiness activities.
- Assist with placement drives and employer-engagement activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to skill-development programs.
Mandatory Skills
- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
